Yes, all items are to be picked up at a designated time. Location will be given once order is finalized. Packages have delivery option if in delivery area.

All items are packaged in a bakery box with window. If you would like certain items individually wrapped inside I can do that for an additional fee (only for cake pops, pretzels, and cookies).

Standing display boxes are also available for an additional fee. Perfect for parties/events or if you would like them to be displayed upright for your special occasion!

Cake pops can be left at room temperature up to 3 days. If you would like to refrigerate them you can and those can last up to 5 days. BUT, refrigeration does lead to condensation on cake pops when taken out. These can also be stored in the freezer to be eaten in the future. Once frozen, thaw in fridge before eating.

Cookies and chocolate covered pretzels will stay fresh up to two weeks if stored in an air tight container.

Cupcakes will last about 2 days at room temp. You may freeze left overs if you’d like for a tasty treat in the future!

Chocolate covered strawberries should be eaten in 2 days. If some are refrigerated after they will lead to condensation on chocolate when taken out.

Once your order is finalized all items except packages are to be paid upfront. Party Packages need a 50% deposit and the other half will be paid 1 week before pick up or delivery.

Refunds - 100% refund is given if cancelled 5 days prior to pick up. 25% refund will be given if cancelled 3 days prior to pick up. If cancelled 1-2 prior to pick up you will not be receiving a refund.
